The staff are kind, courteous and efficient. The system isn’t efficient, we need an app vs a QR code to scan. This is 2025, can we please modernize this process! Again, staff are wonderful, they’re stuck with the antiquated system as well.

This is the slowest pharmacy of all time. People sitting for hours at a time is normal. I got here at 11:58 a.m it's now 2:06 pm and im still waiting... as is everyone else. The people behind the counter don't move with urgency at all. They care about everything except your time. I have an appointment at 3:30... mind u I got here at noon. I would absolutely, if possible, stay away from this pharmacy if possible. The workers are terrible and wait is unbearable. It's honestly crazy. They have 6 windows with only two being used.

Nice facilities for military and veterans use only. Very convenient and cost savings.

I wanted to express my frustration with the recent experience I had trying to refill my anxiety medication. I've been on this medication for months, and running out is a serious issue. When I attempted to get a refill, I was suddenly informed that I needed to see my provider again. This is particularly problematic because my work hours coincide exactly with their business hours, making it impossible for me to visit them. When I called again to figure out what was going on, I was given the runaround. Initially, I was told that my prescription had been put in and would be ready within three business days. However, I never received a notification that it was ready. When I followed up with the pharmacy, they informed me that I had no refills left. This left me back at square one. To make mat

Ive had nothing but good service at this location. The refills here don't cost anything and for me personally, they have had my medication when they said it would be available. I have had crappy luck at outside commercial pharmacies, so this is a no brainer. The Fort Eustis Refill Pharmacy staff are friendly, courteous and timely. I suggest going there in the afternoon vice early morning especially on a Monday or Tuesday. They are providing most with a FREE service, so please, remember that.
