I cannot say enough great things about Taylor Dainwood. From the very first appointment, it was clear that she is not only an exceptionally skilled, but also someone who truly cares about her patients as people. Taylor takes the time to listen, really listen to concerns without ever making you feel rushed or dismissed. She asks thoughtful questions, explains things clearly, and makes sure you fully understand your options before moving forward. Her ability to balance deep medical knowledge with empathy and compassion is rare and incredibly reassuring. What stands out most is her genuine empathy. Thank you for seeing me today! My experience was one of the best experiences at a primary care facility. The staff was extremely professional from the front desk through checkout. The medical assistant was cordial and very thorough in detailing the information for the physician. The physician has an overall 99% score on the insurance app that included notes on his diagnostic skills. Today Dr Jaime Pedraza proofed that to be true. Excellent diagnostic skills, thorough and most importantly a doctor you would trust with your life! He listens and cares about your wellbeing! Couldn’t ask for a better primary care doc! Thank you!!

10/10 Recommend! I have been very impressed by the seamless transition I've experienced going from Avance Care to McCrimmon Primary Care Plus. The receptionists at both locations were super helpful when I needed to get an appointment rescheduled due to a death in the family. The phlebotomist was finished before I could even finish my questioning as a distraction technique for myself! Taylor in West Cary was absolutely wonderful. I appreciated how caring and attentive she was to my needs since giving birth and exclusively breastfeeding. Everyone was so kind and willing to assist too as I had my baby with me! Thank you!

McCrimmon Primary Care Plus is absolutely the best! Any provider I have ever seen is professional, caring, takes the time to listen and address any concerns I may have. The front desk personnel, team of medical assistants are also very cordial and helpful with any questions. They even accommodate same-day appointments! Colin Gage is an excellent dermatologist and is very thorough and always puts my mind at ease. He has found/removed potentially dangerous skin anomalies on both myself and my husband so I can attest to his expert scrutiny. Jennifer Thompson is excellent and very caring/professional as well! She is amiable, cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and I actually look forward to my annual physical as I know she’s on top of my care and what the latest medical advice may be. I can’

Patient beware! My experience here has been horrible. From scheduling, billing and provider this practice has become a shadow of what it once was, which was already fairly low. My PCP spends less than five minutes in the room, and offers no practical medical advice or assistance. He legit chastised me when I wanted to switch treatment despite having a compelling reason to and two second opinions. He even saw fit to bring up months later unprovoked out of context to the visit. Bottom line I think some of the staff are nice people and mean well, but the physicians I’ve seen the most here are some of the most inconsiderate and unknowledgeable in the profession. Double check their records when you check out. They have a propensity to collect a co-pay regardless of if you have a credit on your
