Mc Quades Pharmacy

I have consistently had bad experiences at McQuades pharmacy. One of my prescriptions requires a self injection of a .25mL solution, my syringe prescription calls for 1mL syringes. McQuades frequently gave me 3mL syringes, which I always asked politely for them to switch out because the 3mL ones let in a lot of air bubbles. I was always given attitude about it. No other pharmacy has ever given me such big syringes (compared to my prescription dosage). I received broken and faulty needles for my prescription as well. There were occasions where I went to pull the needle out of my injection site to find out the needle has snapped in half leaving some of it in the syringe and the rest of it in my leg. I've never had this happen with any other pharmacy. I would call 2+ weeks ahead of time to f

While visiting Block Island my mother in law had some health needs requiring medical supplies and medication. The McQuades folks were so friendly and helpful and efficient! They got what we needed right on a plane and we received it super fast!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. It is so reliable, and Anne, who has helped me for years, goes above and beyond to help. She is just the friendliest!

I've know the pharmacist since we were in 7th grade and she has worked there since we were kids its great knowing everyone cares so much there about there customers the whole team is great fast and so friendly id recommend anyone going there great family place .

I would give zero stars to this company if I could. They are the worst company ever to deal with. Management are thieves and liers.
