If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the professionalism—or lack thereof—at this office. This morning, I was scheduled for labs with an appointment time of 9:00 AM. I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, and the front desk representative handed me the paperwork to fill out, which I did immediately. My frustration began when, after I completed the forms, she informed me that I was too late and would have to reschedule! I clearly stated that I was there exactly at 9:00 AM, the scheduled time, but she insisted I was late. What truly put the icing on the cake was witnessing what happened next. Another woman arrived, thinking her appointment was today, when she was actually several days early. Despite her mistake, the staff allowed her to be seen at 10:

don’t go here if you are looking for actual medical care. i went here for 3 years complaining about pain and difficulty losing weight with no answers. my last appointment they cornered me in the room preaching about a low carb diet, never even offered to run labs. i changed clinics after this and got all the answers i was looking for in one appointment.

Now I see why your google rating is so low, made a new patient appointment for 9am, walk up to the counter at 855 and was told I am late and would have to reschedule. Apparently I was supposed to read thier minds and show up at 830 instead to fill out new patient paper work, very unprofessional and not transparent and not a good look for a small clinic in a small town.

I love dr. Kelly!! Shes the best! They take care of you at this place so much 😊

My mom went to this clinic for specific reasons and nothing was done, no ultrasounds nothing, my mom died last month from the symptoms she complained of and yall sent me a card saying sorry and that “it seemed so sudden”… when in fact she came to you months prior and you did nothing besides tell her to check with her other doctor who my mom told you was not helping her at all and cancelling appointments. And I asked for records of said visits and never got them… 🙂
