Earlier this year I was fired as a patient for a mistake Dr. McLain made. One month he wrote my prescription for every 6 hours, then the next month he wrote 1 4 times a day. I ran out of my meds. I called the office and they refused to make up for the missing meds. A week later I received a certified later stating I was terminated. A few months later my husband needed a PA and his nurse got an attitude and yelled at him. A week later he received a notification he had been terminated for disrupting his office. Since I have been seeing a new rheumatologist who has given me 3 new diagnosis, changed my meds and I am actually feeling better. The only thing Dr. McLain did was get me hooked on opiods, which took almost 6 months to detox from. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I started seeing Dr McLain about 2 months ago. I have found him to be kind, unhurried and thorough. Dealing with my insurance company regarding medication coverage has been a challenge, the staff at Dr McLain’s office has been SO HELPFUL. Jessica has filled out multiple forms trying to help me get my prescription medication. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

I’d been trying to get answers since I was 25 as to why every joint hurt so bad and why I felt so terrible (I am 32 now). Every provider I ever saw simply said “lose weight” and never checked anything further. Dr. McLain sat in the room with me for over 40 mins, listened to everything I had to say and diagnosed my joint hypermobility disorder on my first visit. He started me on a medication regimen that has literally given me my life back. I am now able to exercise, make it through a full work day and enjoy recreational activities with my family. He helped me break the chronic pain cycle I was in, and I am so thankful for him!

Dr. McLain is not my personal doctor, however he is to several of my friends. He's nothing more than exceptional and works hard to discover and diagnose issues others are having. He has provided comfort, support, and solutions to people I love, when other doctors or medical assistants couldn't. He's an amazing rheumatologist and autoimmune doctor!!!

*I am so blessed to have McLain Associates in my life. **JESSICA CRUMP*** is a complete Angel. She helps me every time I am in a bind, needing an appointment or lab or test done. She is brilliant and hard working. I am so glad she works at McLain Associates! Dr McLain is so awesome and really listens to your issues and helps you!
