Mc Cart Pharmacy

Worse pharmacy in entire world. Never picked up their phone. Poor customer service. This pharmacy needs to be closed by the Board of pharmacy. Bad compounding of medications

This is the BEST Pharmacy in Fort Worth, TX. The staff are professional and my RX are always ready on the same day of refills or when issued by a doctor. The customer service has always been good to me.

They have very poor customer service. They rude when you call. Incompetent on insurance. I know my insurance cover my medicine. I checked my medicine before leaving and the pills were not the correct quantity and they were all broken up. It’s very dirty and nasty in this pharmacy.

It wasn’t the worst service in the world, but by far not the best. It’s a small store and not many customers. So, I couldn’t really understand why it took so long for someone to look up from their computer and assist me. Also, their location (which I know is out of their control) made me nervous. It wasn’t because of the people there, but rather the way they drove. I tend to drive on the fast side of 35 mph, but when I feel like I HAVE to go at least 45 mph in a 30 and am still getting past up, that just doesn’t make me feel very safe. As a matter of fact, the first time I went there, that intersection ended up blocked off by no less than 5 cop cars, 2 ambulances, and a fire truck because there had been a major head on collision.

I am thankful care 4 kids recommended this pharmacy for my family. They exceeded my expectations. I will never return back to mainstream pharmacies. Thank you 👍🏾😊
