Mayo Clinic Diagnostic Imaging at Madison East Health Center

I’ve been here since 2:15 for my friends appointment. They requested I be with them for their appointment as they are a vulnerable adult etc and you guys denied them their right to have me present. However, there are no issues allowing others to join people as they please? It’s not right to your patient to deny them that right.

CT scan went great, lovely CT tech! Receptionist, Molly, I can say otherwise… When I walked in she was talking with another worker, they both looked at me and ignored me to continue with their conversation. I didn’t know there was a kiosk check in, last time I was here they didn’t have one. Once I saw the kiosk and checked in, the kiosk said I needed to see a staff member. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation and grab Molly’s attention to proceed with my check in. I would give benefit of the doubt, but their conversation was about organizing a drawer.

I was notified that my son’s mri needed to be canceled due to a machine being down. After explaining that I needed this appointment so I didn’t have to cancel an appointment with a specialist, Holly worked wonders and got us scheduled in Owatonna, same day. Her care went above and beyond her duties, and saved us a lot of hassle.

Everybody was very nice to me and my son today! Wonderful staff
