As a parent, I’m pleased with our visit. We come from out of state seeking second opinion and feedback for care. I am pleased with the providers we saw (sans one specialist), and feel like we have a direction to take forward that includes sound advice and options. I especially appreciate that Mayo affords time with the patient and caregiver. We were given ample time to discuss all symptoms, test results and concerns. I like how whoever designed Mayo, put patients first. The ambiance of the waiting area to see GP to specialist is top notch. There’s indirect lighting, sufficient seating, entertainment areas that aren’t blaring throughout the whole room, and even some speciality visitors. A hawk and even Elf can bring a smile to a teen!! Good samaritans also had beanies to pick from, stick

Our experience at the Mayo Clinic Pediatrician Clinic has been truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The pediatricians are not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but they also take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and address all our questions and concerns. The clinic environment is welcoming, organized, and child-friendly, which made visits much easier for our little one. Appointments are efficient, yet the care feels personalized and attentive. We particularly appreciate how the team goes above and beyond to ensure our child’s health and well-being, offering guidance that is both thorough and compassionate.
