Maynard Affordable Pet Urgent Care

I’m not sure who to blame here, “Doctor” Innamuri, or their support staff. My family members brought their 11-year-old dog in because they were concerned with her acute decline (inappetence, lethargy, shivering, and vomiting.) This doctor didn’t even do the bare minimum of diagnostics. They performed a CBC, Chem17, and fecal. They gave famotidine, cerenia, prescribed clavamox and denamarin for her elevated ALT, markedly elevated ALP, neutrophilia, lymphopenia, and monocytosis. She was then sent home. When the office called the next day to ask how she was doing and they were told she is still lethargic, inappetent, and shivering, they said “just let us know if she vomits again or still doesn’t eat anything tomorrow.” Thankfully I have enough knowledge of veterinary medicine to tell them tha

This monday (March 31) our dear cat passed away with the help of the veterinary and staff in a kind and compasionate way. We were told "You are allowed to stay here whatever time you both need to.." while they approached us with a warm blanket some tissues and we were left alone with him. They were taking care of us all the time until we felt ready to say good bye to our loved family member. I can't thank them enough for all they did for us that day to find support and love in one of the saddest days of our lives 😢💔 We would love to recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, helpful, compassionate pet healthcare and maybe one day if we feel ready to open our hearts again to a new pet (family member) we would definetely like to come back here to take care of him/her.
