Was extremely satisfied visiting the office with my furbaby Goldstar. He has been seeing another Doctor since August with no improvement to his ear infection! I feel that Dr.Whaley demonstrated empathy with my concerns with dog ear infection and I feel very pleased with the visit his staff Ms.Gabriel,Katherine, Destiny and James we're exceptional and treated us kindly. I am truly satisfied with the care that was given to us on our last visit to the office.100% satisfied!!❤️❤️❤️

I went today at 12:15 PM with my dog due to an emergency. This is not the first time I have had problems with this veterinary clinic. Even though their posted closing time is 1:00 PM, I was told they were “about to close.” The receptionist checked with the vet and then told me the vet refused to see my dog because they had already cleaned everything. I clearly stated that this was an emergency and that my dog was in pain. I even begged for help. It is unacceptable that a veterinarian can be informed of a potential emergency — possibly a life-or-death situation — and still refuse to see the animal simply because they had already cleaned. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bring my mom‘s dog because she had to travel. They charge me $208 and we wait around 4 hours to be seen.,,and they said that that she needs a new preventative treatment to travel… this is it that I need to come back to get another treatment that is already paid just because it had to be 72 hours before when I went there they didn’t find a paperwork, the prescription and treatment me like i am a liar… they to test the dog again for the same testing, they’d already did…at the end of the story my mom had to be paying $30 something dollars more just because it a rechecking. He was kind, patient, and it was clear that he truly cared about my pet's well-being. explained everything clearly, and made sure my pet was comfortable. Highly recommend! I have been going to Mayfair Pet Hospital since 2010. The service here was great back in 2011-2016 but since they have moved to this new building it is different. I had an appointment at 11am for an exam. They will have you waiting 3 plus hours to see your pet. I spent 3 hours between waiting to be seen, testing for my cat, and being told the results by the doctor. Sitting in the cold exam room for hours with no one checking in. The communication is lacking. I have never waited that long to be seen by my own doctor. Bloodwork, an exam, and urinealysis came out to $506 and my cat’s results were normal. The doctor could not tell me if there would be any issues and recommended I take additional tests and spend more money.It's not fair that customers take time to get there on time and are bei
