Mayfair Dental Group, Dr. Nilar Thein - Dentist in Orange CA

Updating from my last review because I'm not very happy. I showed up early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. There is NO ONE in the building come 10:05 a.m. This to me is very unprofessional! I have other appointments in my day. I'll wait for 10 more minutes but I'm not too sure of this place. My last appointment I had with them was a deep cleaning and I still feel like they didn't get everything. My floss is getting stuck on something in between my teeth that I cannot remove. The staff is always friendly, but as a business owner myself, I am not okay with a professional office being late. It's a waste of my time especially with no courtesy call or even a sign on the door. I have called twice and get sent straight to voicemail (in which I left one). It is now 10:20a.m. and still, no one is h

It was the third time I visited this dental office, and I was literally in and out of the building in 12 minutes for my dental cleaning. I do not know how this can be considered a cleaning. Essentially it was just a quick tooth polish. Each time I have visited this office, the dentist does very little to any cleaning of my teeth. I am told everything looks great, I have no cavities, and am sent on my way. Other dentists I have visited give more thorough cleanings, pick away at plaque, and provide feedback. This office seems they like to get their patients in and then out as quickly as possible. I will not be going back to this dentist.

They had amazing staff! Incredible service! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the beginning to the very end of my visit! The work they did was amazing I cried of joy after I saw the final results. If you are looking for an amazing dentist that will truly take care of you this is the place.

Mayfield dental they are great! I had to go somewhere else because of insurance purposes but once I was able to I returned to Mayfield dental I did! They always work with the interest of the customer. I am so glad that I found them I can’t afford implants so they’ve help me with partials that works best for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped with my appointment with Dr Theil. The Dr and staff were very professional and did not try to coerse me into buying extra high cost services. All in all, two thumbs up!
