If i could do a negative star, i would do -5 stars, the service is bad, nurses (if it is what you can call them) don't empathize or at least try to. i call on the phone, and it takes them about 20 min to answer the phone while i know perfectly that they are not doing anything. the person who answers the phone seems to hate their job and answers rudely and will cut the conversation as short as possible. don't be a nurse if you don't like to deal with people. I understand it is frustrating sometimes, but you are a "PROFESSIONAL" and should act as shuch . nothing but bad service from staff

Staff at the front are polite, facility is clean, parking outside is ok. It’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone, usually you’re placed on hold without anyone answering the phone. It takes a long time to get an appointment and paperwork takes even longer to get filled out. If you need documents for work or EDD, expect to wait long to have the documents filled out (assuming they’re filled out correctly).

The receptionist was rude. Both of my sisters went here for blood work withought making an appointment but as a walk in. Since they were going to miss school my mom asked for a doctors letter but apparently they couldn't give it to her because she was a walk in!!!! This is non sense ive been to other clinics and if you asked for a doctors letter they give it to you.

This is the worst clinic i have ever contacted, i have been trying to make an appointment with them for the past two months! I don't know if it's the staff or there system that doesn't work. I changed my pcp to them and they said that there system hasn't updated the change, even though I have proof and I have told them and they still will not accept it. I don't understand how this place is still open! They honestly deserve a 0 star!

Just like Compton location these new wave of nurses are just rude. It’s very devastating that they have a role in this field. If your bitter at work your life at home must be a tragedy. I hope Dr. M one day figures out who shouldn’t be representing him at his locations.
