I think I've found my permanent Primary Physician and Team!! I scheduled my first appointment at the end of August, there was no long wait time, the receptionist was professional and smiling but the thing that calmed me most was the R&B music playing lol I have some serious health issues for my age so it's been hard to find a good Dr. A good Dr isn't going to prescribe you random medicine and send you on your way. My Dr was generally concerned and didnt prescribe me anything invasive until my blood work was returned. I've been getting calls from all my suggested referrals, put on a diet and wellness plan, finally figured out a resolution for my severe allergies, and that's just the beginning. Cliff & team were the unprofessional “healthcare” team I’ve encountered Not sure which was worse - getting laughed at for the insurance I have, or the fact they were unable to assist with the issue I came in for “because they don’t do that” after I was EXTREMELY CLEAR over the phone why I booked the appointment Received unexpected bill for services they didn’t provide and had to fight for weeks to get resolved. The only reason I’m not giving 0 stars is because I don’t know if that would actually factor in as a negative star rating and the general public deserves to know what they’re singing up for when they choose Maxx Life

Avoid This Provider! I don’t even know where to start. I regret not leaving sooner. I had to retrieve my own documents from third-party providers and make multiple calls to find someone else who could perform my blood work for an upcoming surgery. This is not a genuine medical practice—it's a business that pushes allergy testing, weight loss programs, and testosterone therapy. I couldn’t get a pre-authorization processed despite the pharmacy sending it to them four times. I even had to drive to the pharmacy to make sure it was sent, because they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and contact the pharmacy themselves. To be fair, the staff there is friendly (which is why they get one star), but as far as actual medical care goes, I’m done and moving on.

My experience here was great ! Very loving environment. The nurse was gentle and kind as well as the NP. Also Tamia made the wait comfortable with her great choice of music! I would definitely recommend this practice

The entire staff at Maxx Life Wellness Center is outstanding. From the receptionist Mia, to the MA Eursula, to the NP Monique. It's hard to find genuine people who care and it shows in their demeanor and their attitudes when they speak. I would strongly recommend you check them out.
