Jim did a great job of helping me gain my mobility in my wrist. I had a bad fractured wrist and the whole staff was compassionate, professional and would work with me to push myself and hold me accountable. It was a stressful time in my life and everyone was so kind and friendly. If you find yourself needing physical therapy this is the place to go to in Redding! The staff is friendly & knowledgable. My personal improvement was noticable the first week. Variety of strength building exercise routines and equipment make workout fast paced and effective.
