Maxem Health Urgent Care Milwaukie Clinic

I had an amazing health care experience during a scary and painful gyno situation. I'm chronically ill so I have a lot of medical trauma from horrible practitioners, unfortunately (I'm looking at you Kaiser). PA Honey was my provider and she really went above and beyond (everyone did really). She was very empathetic and extremely thorough in running tests. She even consulted with a specialist at OHSU to see if they thought I should go to the ER and then tracked down an emergency follow up appointment with a specialist so I could hopefully avoid an additional trip to the ER. Since I'm immune compromised and severely underweight due to complications from the immune suppression that's a HUGE deal. The less time I'm sitting in germy waiting rooms the better and the ER would be hours upon hour

Clean, fast. Efficient. In and out with test results and a note for my doctor in less than 30 mins. Didn't even have my insurance card but they were able to look it up. Great pcp working there. She's very friendly, has a nice bedside manner.

This is the best urgent care. Staff is wonderful. Excellent communication along with the services they provide. For an urgent care wait time was as quick as you’ll get. Very helpful in explaining how long you may need to wait when I asked. I wish they were my primary doctors!

I am writing to thank your clinic and your provider, Honey, for giving my mother in law outstanding care for a very scary injury. My mother in law severely burned her hand and fingers from spilled boiling water. We live in Lake Oswego and after this injury occurred, immediately went to one of our local urgent care clinics. We were unable to receive care at the first clinic and the second because they did not do wound or burn care. It wasn’t until we called Maxem in Milwaukie that we were told we could be immediately seen in their office. We drove right to their office and were seen by their on-site provider, Honey. Maxem was GREAT. We were sent away from another urgent care because of insurance and Maxem saw us right away. SUPER friendly NP named Alicia was really caring and kind to my kiddo, unrushed, and explained everything. We'll definitely go there again if we need to.
