This place changed hands around a year ago and has gone down hill every since. I used to be a regular customer, but after today I decided I need to black list the place. The foot massages are still good, but now they are always understaffed and jerk customers around. I usually do walk ins instead of appointment and I understand that sometimes I might need to wait or come back. The big problem with this place is they will ask if I can come back at a different time like 5:00 PM. I say okay, I should be able to. Then I drive back at 4:45 PM to ensure I there by 5:00 PM and then they tell me to come back at 5:30 PM. If this was a rare occurrence, I would not have such an issue. But it's a regular occurrence and after the 3rd or 4th time, I'm done with them. No other place I go gives m

This is hands down my favorite massage place. The quality is consistently amazing and the prices are very reasonable, which is why I come multiple times a week. Every therapist I’ve had has been professional, skilled, and attentive to what my body needs. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great value and top-notch massages.

As my wife and I were on a rather long driving trip for a sort of vacation along the coast , the first rest stop after setting out from San Diego was Ventura, where we basically stopping with the idea of food and restrooms. As we took care of those needs, I saw the sign Max Relax above a business we were passing. This sparked a thought- let’s get massages to sustain us through this long drive! My wife agreed and we never regretted stopping at this place in Ventura! It was a very professional atmosphere and everyone was very nice and welcoming! We were both very happy with our massages and will definitely come back here again when we are in this area.

I went to have a double massage with my friend and it was such a great experience. We both wanted to try it out and were unsure if We were going to feel comfortable. And sure enough we both got awesome massages. It was very professional and super clean in there. Relaxing and my body worker truly knew what she was doing. I’m going back!
