My boys have been patients of Dr. Mawri for the past 9 months. My youngest, in particular, has an ultra-rare syndrome called Wolf-Hirschhorn, and Dr. Mawri has been the only physician who has truly made me feel comfortable and confident navigating my son’s medical complexity. He keeps me grounded, reassures me, and takes the time to educate me. He is incredibly compassionate and has outstanding hospitality and bedside manner. He genuinely listens to every concern I bring forward and takes immediate and thoughtful action when needed. Dr. Alison is EVERYTHING. She’s my girls’ safe space, she’s punctual and incredible. Perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better female doctor my kids are so comfortable with. We’re so grateful.

I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Mawri for a couple years now and have just started bringing my newborn to him as well. He’s thorough with his patients and will answer any questions you have. He doesn’t hesitate to order labs when needed or prescribe medication but he also will tell you if he doesn’t think those things are necessary. We’ve been to him for many situations. As a Mom I feel anxious when my babies aren’t doing well and he’s always reassured me that we’re in good hands and he will get to the bottom of our problem. I’ve never had much of a wait even when I’ve arrived as a walk in. Avoid!!! I have been trying to settle a bill with them for 9 months. 9 months!! I've called all offices, talked to them in person at each office, sent numerous my chart messages. And still can't get it resolved. When I talk to them on the phone I'm told we have a $0 balance. When I office I'm told the insurance is still processing and to wait until it's done. But yet they have sent at least 8 different balances to my address. Anywhere from $62 to nearly $400. So I message my chart every 10 or so days and not 1 time have they replied. But yet I keep getting "serious deliquent" notices for all these random balances for the same 2 appointments. Absoutley ridiculous. Shouldn't be this hard to figured out how to get a bill straightened so I can pay it. I think they are just trying to intimida
