Maury Regional Urgent Care | Spring Hill

Today I saw Dr Ragan as a walk-in patient. She, along with Maria and Terri, took care of my issues with courtesy and compassion. I am grateful to them for the quick assessment and for their care.

Teresa Pisani PA, my son saw her a year ago and she has always been very nice and took the time to listen to your complaints. My son had an appointment June 2024, she came into the room for a few seconds and seemed like she was frustrated, stressed and rushed. She didn't want to answer any questions. She prescribed him Cipro (antibiotic) and 5 days later my son ended up at Tri Star Hospital ER where infection got worse, Dr there said that Dr Pisani should have never prescribed Cipro that every Dr knows it is anti-resistance. I am not sure what's going on with Dr Pisani, but she definitely has lost her bedside manners and inability to treat patients with compassion. This was the most horrible experience I've had to witness.

I rarely post a review of anything. Recently my husband and I made a short trip to Columbia Tenn from Florida. The morning after we arrived, I woke up ill. I was unable to face time with my physician so I went to Maury RUC in Columbia and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I have never had a good impression of urgent care facilities and was literally dreading the ordeal. This absolutely proved not to be the case this day. The PA Erica Holmes and her assistant Nicole were absolutely great I was in and out in less than an hour with the medication I needed and on our way to enjoy our trip. Erica phoned me Saturday evening to provide my lab results and suggested I see my regular physician upon returning home. Monday morning I received the email of my labs as she promised.

Had a puncture wound on my foot . Went to “ walk in “ urgent care . The receptionist seemed clueless . They acted as if this was something out of their scope of practice. They turned me away because the PA was booked up… at a walk in …. They sent me to txheir other clinic. The problem with medicine today is there are PA’s and NP’s treating you that don’t match an actual Dr.

My 1st visit was for a checkup. I, due to being over 45 years of age, was recommended for a certain services, with two options - which I doubted the service was needed, but followed the guidance of the Dr. I chose a less intrusive option through a 3rd party service. I was never advised of service charges from the staff, though I had been from other offices I had visited in the past. This office did not do any due diligence on Insurance coverage or advising me to even research on my own. I failed to do that and discovered my insurance did not cover that service until I reached a certain age, after the fact. Most offices will at least advise of potential charges that I may be responsible for and will look up the insurance coverages to explain the benefits options. This staff failed to to do
