Maury Ballenger Bodywork

Ms. Ballenger is by far the best massage therapist I've ever visited. This is more than a massage; it's consultation, it's life coaching (kinda), and it's clear that she cares about her client's overall health and wellbeing. Stress and anxiety landed me in the emergency one week before my session with Maury, and she offered a great deal of advice and even gave me stress bands to use at home and in my office.

Let me preface my comments with two statements: I rarely write reviews. I am extremely picky about my massage therapists. I have been a regular client of Maury Ballenger for several years now, and I am convinced that she is one of the best in her entire profession. She has the skill (very adept tactile sense), detailed knowledge, personality and utmost professionalism that makes every massage just perfect. I am so grateful to be her client. Really, I'm spoiled. Every massage is tailored to my personal ailments that day. I only wish I could have a massage every day! Thank you, Maury!

I’ve had many massages over the years and Maury is one of the best massage therapists I’ve had. She tailored the massage to my needs and was very informative about how I could reduce tension in my neck and shoulders. I wish I lived in the Memphis area so I could get massages regularly from Maury.

She did a wonderful job helping all my tension pain . I was very nervous about finding a place that was comfortable. I don’t know the area well we are staying at stJude from out of state while my son undergoes radiation for a brain tumor . This was much needed and glad fate helped me find a great massage therapist in A very comfortable atmosphere. If I’m back in the area I will go back .
