Great Staff, professional, fun caring attitude treated me & other folks there like family. Dr. Ruiz, Arlene, Rebecca, Juan, Isabel very courteous I’d highly recommend folks here. Just don’t use your cellphone there’s signs for that, Mrs. Rebecca will make sure you follow rules. 5+ star all around at this clinic.

After a recent car accident, I began treatment at this location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The facility itself felt overcrowded and poorly organized. There were three treatment tables placed in one small room with minimal walking space. The tables were separated by curtains that were extremely close to your face and did not feel clean or professional. Privacy and comfort were clearly not prioritized. As someone who has worked in the medical field and has prior experience with chiropractic care, the overall level of treatment here was concerning. The staff appeared to follow a script rather than demonstrate clinical understanding. Interactions felt rushed and impersonal. The roller tables felt unstable and worn down. Excellent service. The staff is A+. Great customer service and professionalism make you feel at home. Dr. Callaghan is one of the best; she cares and takes time for you.
