I took my cat Luna here about a year ago because she needed emergency surgery for pyometra after being quoted $12,000 by the emergency vet. They squeezed my baby in and saved her for me. I can’t put into words how grateful i am between staffs compassion to the pricing on how good my experience was. I was shown an estimate with a low-end and high-end range (I believe the high end was $3,500, I may be wrong) depending on my cats needs while she recovers. I didn’t end up paying anywhere near the high end of my estimate, even with Luna having to stay 2 nights for observation & recovery. The woman who owns this place did the surgery, she has a special place in my heart 😭 I cannot express my thankfulness, just.. Thank youuuuu so much 🙏🏻 I’ve had luna since she was a kitten along with one of her

Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star in order to leave a review. An animal died as the result of test results being ignored / minimalized in preparation for dental surgery. I'd hate to think that the income from dental work is more important than an animal's well being. I have a request for an explanation from this so called "Dr". Stay tuned for the outcome...

Called 5 different places. They were the only vet within an hour drive that would take birds and in an emergency on such short notice that wasn't an existing patient. My female parakeet was bound with 2 eggs when she had never had eggs before after 8 years of having my birds. They got me into my appointment earlier than expected, and she's making a chipper recovery after isolating a bit in a separate cage. And the price for everything including xrays and treatment was amazingly affordable. The staff were friendly and informative, and I will definitely be keeping them as my vet and would recommend them. Been going here awhile and tried to switch vets to a closer one in Seneca Falls but was treated horrible and shamed for my dogs teeth and weight. Started making the 45min drive to continue care with this vet and they made it so worth it 😁 vet was so sweet and told me 80%of min pins have dental problems (and she's Almost 11) and that her weight was not too bad then they cleaned her teeth spotless! We are so pleased my girl is definitely happier

We owe a sincere thank you to Dr. Karen Leshkivich, D.V.M. and the staff at Mattydale Animal Hospital for seeing our beagle Daisy immediately, within less than an hour determining the core health crisis and getting her into surgery and on the road to recovery. Everyone was amazing in keeping us assured everything possible would be done to help Daisy. We are deeply grateful to all who took part in saving Daisy's life. She was definitely in trouble internally and it could have led to disaster if not caught and treated so quickly. Thank you a million times for everything done to help Daisy Mae. 100 ⭐️ rating from us!
