Poor patient experience I arrived 30 min early- they were running 45 min late and still brought me back to wait and additional 45 min and then an additional 1-2 hours At the time of booking, to respect the time of patients, I would encourage the appointment setter (off site group) to inform patients if the actual time to set aside and when arriving, inform patients that they are running 1-2 hours behind. The provider is reasonable, However the communication and practice management could improve for a greater patient experience. As a patient, I respect the time of the provider by being early — it does not appear this is extended to patients and same experience is held by a friend. Unfortunately, we are both no longer patients here as a result of this experience.

I have seen Matt few a few years now and I could not recommend him enough. My wife and I took years to find a doctor that didnt dismiss the various things we would bring up or talk down to us. Matt focused on every concern we had with a plan of action. As well when you are worried about the seriousness of something he would be able to calm your nerves with his relaxed attitude and friendliness. He also has an abundance of knowledge to offer alternative solutions that can be more cost effective or just simpler when warranted.We enjoyed our time having him as our Primary care PA so much so that we are upset moving across country that we likely wont find someone quite like him.

This was one of my worst experiences at a doctor's office. I switched insurances from Kaiser to Cigna, so I have to establish care with a new set of doctors. Kaiser doctors are only in house and don't accept outside insurance. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment since I'm a new patient establishing care with this PA. First, the intake representative tried to push a pregnancy urine test on me when I asked to use the bathroom. I wasn't there for that nor any concerns that could lead to that. I only went to establish care with a GP and to help me continue care with my multiple chronic illnesses. It's a red flag when they push random tests without talking to you first. First time patient with Matthew Holt, PA and he is awesome. He not only listens he observes your body language and what is really going on with you. I still love Dr. Danielle Lin in Alpharetta but have found my new place at the Canton Office with Matthew Holt, PA Extraordinaire!
