It's impossible to speak with someone regarding my billing statement. The customer service is in a foreign country and unable to answer questions. They're on a different computer system. When I call the office in Sherman, I'm put on indefinite hold. It's time to find another provider that has an organized customer service and billing department.
Dr. Helm is the best. He is very nice and professional and I never feel rushed. His staff is professional and very good. I recommend using Dr. Helm if you are in need of a great dermatologist.
Professional and timely. Patients don't wait long periods of time to get seen. Always cordial and friendly. Utmost respect for Dr. Helm.
Best dermatologist out there! You will not be disappointed. The staff and Dr. Helm have been beyond helpful with my sons eczema and skin issues. He has worked with us even while my son is out of state in college. Go see Dr. Helm for all your dermatology needs.
