I was referred to these idiots in December 2024 For a colonoscopy. I have a +Cologuard, lost 25lbs, nauseated for 2mon. First they didn't answer the phone for the 1st week I called. I called 7x and finally on the 8th call they answered, probably bc I selected to speak with his nurse/assistant. I told her about nobody answering the phone, and her response was "well ur talking to me aren't you." I made an appt and they canceled it the day before, bc no referral but when I made the appt they said they had a referral. Called for an appt Dec 2024, Jan, Feb, March. I called for 4 freaking months. I hope there isn't anything wrong with me, or they hope. So I changed GI dr and PCP. My new GI dr can't see me till June. I certainly hope I'm OK or...... This is how they treat someone in the medical

I have no idea if Dr. Glover is a good doctor. After two weeks, I cannot get past his assistant, Katrina, to find out the results of a tumor biopsy. A biopsy that Dr. Glover took in the hospital. The results are now in, but we don't know what they are, and we can't get an appointment until the end of the month. Katrina has been rude and has even denied talking to me and changed information when she didn't follow through on conversations. We are still waiting to hear from Dr. Glover's office. I am fearful that we may not get the right information even if we eventually get information. This is frightening.

The assistant has a real listening and attitude problem. I'm not going to see a doctor with a bad intake procedure. Dr. Glover seemed nice enough when I was there years ago, but this assistant is a liability. I told her exactly what she needed to know to go and ask the doctor if it was something he could help with, and she STILL had no clue. You're a digestive health center, right? What do you think I was calling for?? The aftermath of environmental exposure, bacteria and mold/VOCs, impacting digestion... I don't appreciate the push back from a lot of these offices. I have documentation!

There is a reason why Dr Glover has a 2.9. While he is well versed in what he does his office staff are the snarkiest ladies . Everything is the patient's fault never theirs. I was in the hospital last year and since then he has done a colonoscopy and endoscopy and a banding for me and now that I am physically failing and suffering on Tuesday they refuse to see me over 236 bill which I cannot pay right now. But since I was in the hospital with that 236 bill they were still able to collect on having me do a colonoscopy endoscopy banding anything else they could find. His oath as a doctor is to treat and to make people better and he failed miserably. And he really should monitor what those ladies say to patients and clients. I'm having to switch GI doctors now and it's just one more thing to

When I was called back to make the appointment I had a very rude phone call with a gentleman, he hung up on me when I asked a question about needing another pre auth for my follow up appointment. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor I was told she was in a meeting and would call back. I received no call back. From the very beginning this office has been extremely rude not only to myself but also my primary care doctor’s office who has tried on multiple occasions to get a copy of my records from this office it has taken 6 attempts to finally receive the documents. As good as the doctor is I refuse to continue with this office and am transferring my care elsewhere. I hope the doctor sees this and an important conversation can be had with his team.
