I was referred to Dr Foster by my Dentist for an extraction. From check-in to completion of the extraction everything at this practice is top shelf performance. Everyone was pleasant to deal with everyone performed their job with genuine care. Never a good thing to have to have a tooth extracted but I can say if you need a tooth extraction see Dr Foster and the staff here. If I ever need to have a tooth extraction this is where I would go.

I had to see Dr. Foster due to my dentist unable to perform a crown on a fractured tooth, so it was an emergency due to my dentist already starting to remove pieces of my tooth. I went to Kansas City Oral Surgery and Implants Center's office per my dentist referral. The front desk staff were not friendly and told me to sit down that they would work me in. They never checked in with me again. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. I didn't mind the wait as I understand they were "squeezing" me in, however the lack of empathy was incredible from the front desk staff. When I was called back, no one seemed to know why I was there. When Dr. Foster came in, he was not empathetic in his demeanor and was rushed.
