Dr. Fanelli was amazing! His assistant was phenomenal as well! Sarcasm and laughter are my defense mechanisms when I am nervous, and they were both very accommodating, talking me through all the necessary steps and being very patient with me. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, and there was zero wait time at my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Fanelli and his assistant.

I had an appointment for full scan which was recommended by my family doctor due to age, fairness of skin, etc.,2 weeks after making my appointment I receive a call that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. The day of my new 9am appointment I arrive at the requested 8:45am, at 10am I am finally called back to see the doctor, the nurse does the usual questions then tells me to remove my shirt and the doctor will be in. When Matthew comes into the room the nurse comes back in with him, not sure why? But when I go to see a doctor I prefer privacy with just the doctor so I can discuss concerns of my health in a private setting. Matthew himself seemed very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. There was a mistake or oversight in the office, resulting in a very long wait for my appointment. I probably should have said something earlier than I did. Once I got in, there were several apologies, and I was treated very well, as usual.

Office personnel and nurses were so very kind and helpful. Dr. Fanelli recognized my concerns immediately and advised me on what he was going to prescribe for me and how to use it. He was friendly and made me feel welcome.

Great staff and attentive doctor. Always enjoy the visits. They are thorough but also fast on procedures when needed.
