Had ingrown toenail removal here and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff are nice and the Doctor explained everything clearly and the procedure itself was quick and painless . Dr.Carson does a great job. Xian said he should get a raise😊

Always Great experience. Staff are very kind, sweet and always Cheerful and pleasant to speak to. Dr. Carson is always kind and friendly and does a great job in caring for myself and my husband. Love the smiles from every one of them in that office. Including the Doc. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be cared for by people who want to help you with the care of your feet, and do it with great concern for your having positive outcomes. So thankful this clinic is so close to our home and so easy to get to. Hope they always stay in my town. Don’t want to use anyone else.

Dr Carson was great!! I left feeling immediate relief and felt heard by my doctor. I can’t leave out his staff either, super attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. My process was smooth and efficient and left with a game plan and faith in this team.

I went to Dr. Carson for a new patient appointment to address an ingrown toenail that had begun to get infected. He quickly resected the offending part of the nail, slightly cleaned the inflamed area, applied some antibiotic cream and a bandaid - all totally painlessly. He told me he thought it was 50/50 that the nail would grow back ingrown, but if it did that he could do a very quick procedure to permanently fix the issue, so I should watch it from back for a while and then come back if it is not growing back correctly. He also put my mind at ease that it wasnt a waste of anyone's time to come in for this problem, and that I should come in quickly anytime I see any redness or feel any inflammation on my feet, given that I am diabetic. Dr. Carson is always ready to explain all aspects of a procedure and what to expect afterwards. He will get back to you if you phone in questions for his nurse. I've actually called the office in the early morning, filled with anxiety, and they gladly worked me into the schedule. I'm looking forward to a pedicure and some stylish sandals.
