Went there tonight (the day after the biggest snow storm). Been coming here for years. I get the same 3 scripts every month. Every month they text me they’re ready. Go out of my way to get there (I recently moved out of Croydon but I like to support small businesses) and the teen tries to hand me one. I told him check the system I get three. Tells me that’s all they have ready. I tell him there’s no way. I get the SAME 3 every month consistently for 5 years. Now they’re telling me they have to order it. Make it make sense. The teen staring at me for the entire 10 minutes I stood there waiting didn’t help. Couldn’t even tell me if they were checking it or anything. Bought a pair of compression stockings there a few days ago. I needed to return them as they were not the ones I needed. I had the box they came in which was in excellent condition. As I had opened the plastic bag they came in I could not return. It was quite obvious that the stockings were never used and also I had the receipt. The price was $45.00. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, $45.00 is quite a lot of money to me. I have recommended Matt’s Pharmacy to others, I certainly will no longer recommend Matt’s. Thanks for making New Year’s Eve day 2025 very unpleasant. What you didn’t do for me speaks of how unbussiness like Matt’s Pharmacy truly is, you should be ashamed of yourself.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Its not the staff the staff are very nice but the pharmacist himself (the guy running the show) he is a literal demon. The things he did to me just to get my medication was sick and cruel. I am posative there is something so wrong with this man and he needs help. Do not go to Matt's Pharmacy, you will regret it. They are rude, mean and mess with their customers just to do it.

Hours spent on the phone waiting for someone to pick up just to get someone on the line who was rude, unprofessional and had no knowledge of what I spoke of. For a business that claims to be about family I certainly didn’t feel like family
