Mastering Milestones

We absolutely adore Erika! My first son had a lot of tension due to an emergency c section and wasn’t able to latch during breastfeeding. She gave him much needed releases and helped recommend great toys to help him with meeting his milestones! So when our second was born and he couldn’t poop or latch on a bottle we knew where to go! Erika released much needed tension in his shoulders, hips, mouth and neck! We couldn’t recommend Erika more!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erika. As a new, first time mom I noticed my son was having difficulties moving his head as easily to one side and began to get a flat spot pretty early on. Naturally the mom panic set in and my pediatrician referred me to mastering milestones. We worked closely with Erika for months to help my son’s plagiocephaly and right sided tension. Within a few sessions we could notice a difference in our son’s movement and behavior. Erika took the time to explain what the purpose of each stretch was and made sure we understood how to do them so we could easily do the routines at home. It was extremely impressive to watch her work and find all the things causing the issue and connecting the pieces in front of me to create this routine of stretches. It truly

We started seeing Erika when my daughter was 4 weeks due to feeding issues and tongue tie. Erika was AMAZING! You could literally see the tension leave my daughter’s body as the appointment went on. She is now 11 weeks, feeding more efficiently and not fussy at all. My only regret is not knowing about Erika with my first. Cannot recommend more!!!! This should be standard of care for all newborn babies.

Erika is a god send!! As a first time mom I had never heard of CFT. My son was not able to take bottles because of a lip and tongue tie. A month working with her and I felt like I got my life back! He was taking bottles which meant I could leave the house for some much needed me time. Erika was so educational teaching my husband and I about how neck strength is tied to tongue strength. (So that’s why tummy time is so important!!) I truly could not believe the difference I was seeing in my son. His tension was gone and he even started rolling over shortly after! The best experience and all my future children will be going through CFT regardless of lip tie or not!

Erika was able to help our 8 week old daughter make the most of her tongue tie release. She was great with her and put me, a first time mom, at ease. Would highly recommend Erika!
