I train for endurance races which inevitably leads to aches, pains, and injury. Roy has been a God send, he knows how you work with any issue I come in with, and I always leave in better shape. He is a natural healer. On top of that, he is a great, gentle and thoughtful human being. Can’t recommend him enough!
