Massage Therapeutic Kneads

I love massage and have experienced many therapists in Brazil and the U.S., and I can honestly say Karl at Massage Therapeutic Kneads is the best in the area. I came in for the first time with intense stress-related neck and back pain, and he took the time to understand what my body needed and worked through every tight spot with precision and care. As a personal trainer, I know how important recovery is for better workout results, and this session made a huge difference. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free. Highly recommend!!! He is the best!!!

Bought 4 massages as part of his package as per his suggestion in 2017, the day I used one of them he had a hangnail that was painful but he did not disclose til after massage. Massage was not good, still owed 3 massages...he won't text back, I've tried to call leave messages on both cell and business...NO RESPONSE, NO TEXT, NO NOTHING!! Is this business still open?? Been trying to reach him since June 2018. No response. Extremely disappointed that someone would conduct business this way. I am also assuming that there was no family situation as per a business owner would have left a voice mail for his customers to know what's going on!!

Purchased a Groupon. Scheduled appt. but couldn't make it. Owner refused to call me back to reschedule. Called many times but they never responded or called back!! Very poor customer service.
