I am 9 months pregnant and went for the first time. My massage was great. I went to the older guy who was very attentive. He made sure I was comfortable & asked repeatedly if the pressure was okay. It was absolutely amazing. I will go again.

Had a great 10 minute chair massage. Clean area & prices are posted. Felt relaxed & recharged after my massage! Wish there were more massage places like this that did chair massage. It is between Target & JC Penny closer to JC Penney.

I have been coming here for about 4 years and usually see the older gentleman. Today, I experienced the most horrible service I have ever received from the only female that works there. Her fingers are small and the massage was too light... once I got to pay, she informed me the machine was broken and she needed cash. Once I provided her the money, she said I forgot to include her tip ... she wasn't good, but upon giving her her tip, she snatched the money from my hand. I then told her if she wanted to snatch money, she deserved no tip, especially because she is rude... she then screamed , that's why I don't like to deal with "you people" ... in all my years there, I have ever experienced such blatant disrespect from anyone that was never worked there. 60 minutes,and I still have knots

Awful. I asked for 40 minutes and I asked the guy For more pressure about five times. Then I finally decided to leave. And they charge me more money than they originally quoted even though the work they did was horrible. I specifically asked for my right shoulder to be worked on and he barely touched it. I would never go there again. The one therapist who could have actually done a decent job should have asked if I could wait and then done the work yourself. But they charged me for a garbage job. I went back later to see if they might do the job correctly. They were all just sitting there on their phones and didn’t care.

The woman there was insisting on a tip and telling me the exact amount to give even though I added a tip to the receipt. Apparently, it wasn't enough for her. The entitlement these days is our of this world.
