This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I received a sports massage and it was the most thorough and helpful massage. I had very large knots and tights spots that Donald used cupping, hot stones and his massage techniques to help relieve the tension and pressure. Massages have ways been relaxing and nice but I’ve never left a massage actually feeling like my problem spots were resolved until now. 10/10 would recommend to any friend or family member.

The environment was upscale and relaxing, making the whole experience feel luxurious from start to finish. The techniques he used were both effective and soothing. I had a fantastic experience with ID Fitness Massage Therapist on 24th February 2025. Although the space is small, it’s thoughtfully designed — cozy, with mellow lighting and soothing music that immediately created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room temperature was just right, and the massage table was very comfortable, contributing to an overall sense of ease. The massage therapist was both professional and courteous throughout the session. He checked in with me periodically to ensure the pressure was comfortable and that I was feeling relaxed, which I appreciated. I received a 60-minute full-body massage along with a 10-minute foot scrub, and both were excellent. The quality of the massage was awesome, and the price was very reasonable, especially compared to what I typically pay

Donald is a great massage therapist! He really knows what areas need work without me having to explain ahead of time. I think a lot of his ability to be great at massage therapy so quickly is from his many years as a personal trainer. Highly recommend!!

Donald had been my trainer for a while now, and the transformation in my body—and even more importantly, my bloodwork—has been incredible. But Donald is so much more than just a trainer. He stretches me after every session and also happens to be the most knowledgeable and gifted MASSAGE THERAPIST I’ve ever worked with. He keeps me moving, lifting, and doing all the right things to stay strong while also helping me take care of the stuff that matters—my joints, my muscles, my recovery. There’s a genuine kindness in him that shows up whether we’re in the gym or on the massage table. You can tell he truly cares. I’m beyond grateful to have Donald on my team as trainer, massage therapist and I would say friend! Plus he’s an avid learner always bring more science into his work.
