Massage Envy

I have previously felt a 5 star experience because that is how I felt at the time receiving massages from the therapists I have seen. However, this has changed drastically with the way corporate runs their business. I unfortunately became unemployed and called Massage Envy to cancel my plan I have with them. I spoke with Abby last month where she assured me that she would put the notation in my account for the freeze because since I am am within my year agreement with the practice, I couldn't cancel. She also said I would be contacted my a manager which never happened. I was charged last month but I let it slide because I assumed they couldn't stop last months payment because of the time frame I had called requesting the cancel. I been going to this place for few months. Overall is not bad but I don't like how the Reception answer their phones they're not very professional, it seems like they're not trained well! They bearly speak! The masseuses are good at their job and I feel better after going there, but the only thing they don't listen because i need some areas to be more focused on than the other because of the pain I have! ☺️

Poor experience. Larysa made comments about my size and body before and during my massage. Such an uncomfortable experience. The massage itself wasn’t bad, but the experience would have me never booking with her again. Also spent a large amount of the massage doing stretching…. I didn’t book a stretch session, I booked a massage.

Beware, they've changed their tipping program, so you have to tip on a separate terminal, and they will put in the non-member price and then when you select a percentage you're paying a tip on that price, not the price you actually pay. You can manually enter your tips. So beware of that. It's very shady if you ask me. When you go to a restaurant you tip based on the amount of the check, not the amount that they deem the check to be worth. The front end staff at the desk are pretty rude, and when I pointed out my concern about this, they just gave me a dirty look and we're quite condescending in their replies. As far as the massage goes, Breanna and Marie are awesome! Highly recommend them but I haven't had a bad massage from anybody else either, the massage therapists are pretty great.

This is an amazing place. Michelle is quite simply... Gifted, an artist. I drive a big rig for a living, and my body takes a beating physically, while my mind is assaulted by stupidity so regularly it hurts. I go here, and by the time I leave...Life Is Good!
