Massage Envy

I enjoyed a facial with esthetician Hannah recently while in town visiting family for the holidays. I left feeling so relaxed and recharged! I have really sensitive skin that can get irritated very easily but Hannahs expertise and gentle touch left my face feeling fresh, moisturized and glowy. Facility was clean with calming music playing, front desk was friendly and welcoming. Spa bed was soft, comfortable and warm. Will be back next time I'm in town!

I was very nervous about getting my first massage but Marci and her team quickly eased those nerves. Not many places does the manager greet you at the door and show you around and explain everything so there would be no surprises. I was immediately taken back at home clean the establishment was. Everyone had smiles and said hello. The friendliness was off the charts. I could not have been more wrong about massages. Leslie walked me through what would happen and made sure to ask where I would like to focus. She was absolutely amazing. The perfect pressure, easy to chat with, didn’t make me feel stupid that I didn’t know what to expect. I went to Massage Envy a few days ago and Porsche was my masseuse she has a truly unique and masterful technique. Her hands are some of the softest l've ever felt, but she also has the ability to apply the most effective, firm pressure exactly where it's needed. She manages to make a deep tissue massage feel both therapeutic and incredibly relaxing. For anyone who appreciates a therapist who can expertly combine different styles, Porsche is the one to see.

I had a massage at this location in commercial Dr. the therapist was not good at all. She started on my head, face and upper shoulder and in my surprise she was just rubbing so, I asked her “is this how you massage?” She said, yes. I was starting to feel annoyed but I’d given her a chance and told her to put pressure. Toward at the end she used hot towel on my back the heat on the towel, only lasted a couple of minutes. In the evening, my upper back was aching now, I have to put heating pad. I wasted $70 on massage and $5 tip. I will go back with that therapist again. Because my back aches after having a massage, I regret I even gave her a tip!

I had an extremely arduous and frustrating experience with the receptionist at the Fishers Massage Envy located on Commercial Drive. They denied me a massage after directing me to get a doctor's note saying that I was not sick (and paying 110$ for the COVID/Flu test that was negative) and when brought , did not honor their own request causing me to lose time and money in a futile endeavor. When asked for the number and name of the person who I could connect with further, the receptionist denied me this information stating "that they will call you."! This never happens. Ever! Getting though to any members of management has always been a very difficult plight. Suffice it to say , she called her manager who advised that the teceptionist call the Fishers Police Department to have me remo
