Massage Envy

My first experience was terrible. But, they made it up and had me come back. It was phenomenal the second time. I highly recommend calling and asking which masseuse has been there longer so you can get good care. Ren was phenomenal. Such a good massage. I appreciate the manager Angela as well for addressing my first visit and a big thanks to the ladies at the counters for good customer service. I'll be back to this location.

Nothing like a massage after a long day of work. I've always felt welcome and safe here, and Emi is amazing! If you know you're going to be getting frequent massages, it's definitely worth it to sign up for a membership!

I went in for a deep tissue massage today and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. The therapist did apply good pressure during the deep tissue portions, but the overall pace was rushed and felt a bit sloppy, like it was being made up on the spot. She also scratched me multiple times with her nails and even seemed to use her nails as part of the technique, which felt weird and honestly a little unsanitary. It wasn’t relaxing at all, and I left feeling disappointed. I understand people have off days, but this just wasn’t it.

Poor customer service and frustrating cancellation process. Despite multiple efforts to resolve a contract interpretation issue, management was rigid and unhelpful - cancelling my unused credits. Would recommend elements massage instead.

Nicole was amazing! Will definitely be seeing her again! She is also actually certified in lymphatic drainage, not like most therapists that just claim they can do it, so I will be giving that a try soon!
