MASSAGE (Crystal Plaza) - Rowland Heights

This review is for 8/23/2025. I took both of my parents there to get a massage. The price for both was $100, $50 each. My dad hand the guy a $100 bill. The guy took the money and looked at the $100 bill and said, um you owe each of the massage guy $20, that’s $40 for the two guys that did the massage so that’s a total of $140 for both, so where’s the tip? We do give tip, but this place has such thick skin to request and/or demand tip at a certain amount, a ridiculous $20 per person! Tip is based on how well you serve, it is not mandatory. I gave the $40 tip for both of my parents and said i will never bring them back. The guy then said okay, here’s $10 back. How low can you be asking for tip!!!? He looks like an idiot! I will pass the word about the tipping and how dirty they are.

Worst massage I ever got. She did not massage me. She just put the pressure on the spot and shake shake. Will not come back to this place. She is not even tell me that she done. She just left me.

The place is kind of scary when I went in there there was no one there and the lady who is massaging me, was massaging my shoulders on the recliner chair and she massaging me with lotion under my shirt so she was stretching out my collar and getting lotion all over my shirt. The towel on the chair also smelled. I tipped $10 because I saw the other reviews about them demanding a larger tip and I did not want to fight and I just wanted to get out. The guy in the shop was super nice and he waved me bye but overall it’s not worth $50 with tip… I’d rather pay $20 more and go somewhere that’s nicer cleaner.

I got the foot massage 30 mins and body massage 30 minutes (Option C) for $30 total. Linda did my massage and She has firm pressure which was exactly what I was looking for. Very little English is spoken by the staff You first start off in the open area room with other people (so there are about 10 chairs in one room, that lean back...like a Lazy boy sofa). No background music plays in this place. This is where you get the foot massage and they also work a bit on the shoulders/neck/head. The wet towel they wipe your feet and legs down with is a bit rough but its quick. Then for The 30 minutes body massage, they take you to a private room and massage The rest of the body (ie. Back, arms, legs, etc) Overall, This place is really cheap. Don't expect the frills and all that stuff when yo
