There was definitely some “ow,” but a lot more “wow.” She has an amazing understanding of the body — you can truly feel her knowledge and care in every movement. Marcela was able to find and release knots I didn’t even realize I had, and she worked through areas of deep tension with the perfect balance of pressure and precision. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the session, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable while still getting the full benefit of the deep tissue work. To top it off, she even sent me home with Epsom salt for a relaxing bath afterward — such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel complete.
