Massage Academy of the Poconos

Very pleased with the deep tissue massage I received. Not only was the message very relaxing and relieving, but all of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be returning again if I’m in the area!

Fine. I got the 30 min bamboo back buster which was very relaxing with hot oil and bamboo sticks. Whitley was my masseuse and was kind and gracious. Customer service at the main desk left something to be desired, both on the phone and in person. I didn't like the vibes at this place. It was also dingy and smelled like cigarettes. Would not return but the prices are relatively low. You get what you pay for, I guess!

I had a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and my massage therapist was Amanda and she was fantastic and she used the perfect amount of pressure and it was the best 90 minute massage I have had so far! Thanks Amanda! Alton

Gladys was Absolutely Phenomenal!!!! I wish I could give this review 6 stars. I got the 1 hour Deluxe Relaxation Massage Which includes full body relaxation massage experience including aromatherapy, a hot towel foot wrap, ending the service with a warm towel on the back. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable, checked in with me often and she got every single knot out of my body that I’ve had for years. Easily the best hour of my life and I highly recommend.

I have had many massages and facials here. I have LOVED every one of them! My experiences with the staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the space is very clean. It's a lovely spa and I would recommend the academy to anyone looking for a spa experience at a reasonable price.
