Would give them no stars if I could. They will not even consult with you (even if your dr says it is medically necessary) if you do not meet their BMI minimums. They are not based in current medical science, therefore, I do not recommend them.

They may have the best Doctors....to bad that making a appointment with a neurologist is a nightmare 3 weeks and about 10 calls, still they can’t get together. Be prepared to be on hold for hours. Then when you get someone they are so unprofessional. If you didn’t have a headache before calling them you will by the time you are done.

I was treated like a piece of dirt. I have past psych issues and they stereotyped me. My blood pressure was high the whole time with the one i had to request was 182/113 and my pulse was132 they said they have good news your fine go home. I wsnted to go to another hospital but im going home. My heart feels like its beeting out of my chest. The nurse treated me less than human

The front desk staff in the oral surgery department is very unprofessional, they dont acknowledge you until they feel like they want to. This happen on my 1st vist and also in my 2nd visit with my daughter for her surgery the only reason we are here is because my supervisor gave the oral surgeon that worked on her daughter a good review.
