Let me start of with the doctor Beniamin. He never comes on time and he is extremely rude . I visited him few months ago and he very rude tired to hush me when I was trying to explain him symptoms plus he didn’t want to answer any of my question or concerns. He was trying to rush me out to see other patients. I didn’t feel like he cared at all about my concerns. He is very rude so over all I had horrible experiences dealing with him . Now let’s talk about the waiting area . That place is overly crowded with patients not even enough seat to sit down. Be ready to get stuck for few hours before he sees you . I also heard he always tries to convince elderly patients to get surgeries so I suggest to get a second opinion from other doctors before saying yes to him . Over all it’s a worst plac

If I could give a place 0 stars it would be here: I took my dad to see Dr. Benjamin Mason in Jamaica, NY for a routine eye check-up, and it was honestly a nightmare. They don't schedule appointments—it's just a free-for-all between 2-5pm. We showed up and ended up waiting for 1.5 hours, only to find out that the doctor wasn’t even there yet. The waiting room was cramped, with people standing close to each other, and it was especially bad for the older patients. One pregnant woman had to stand for over 30 minutes because there were no chairs left. It felt completely disorganized and disrespectful to everyone there. Places like this make you wonder if the doctor is here to take care of disadvantaged patients or to take advantage himself.

I visited this doctor's office recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The front desk staff were not only rude but also dishonest in their dealings. They seemed disinterested and unprofessional, making the whole check-in process unpleasant. Furthermore, the doctor's rush to get through patients was evident from the moment I stepped into the examination room. They barely listened to my concerns, hastily prescribed medication without proper examination, and seemed more interested in getting me out the door than providing quality care. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this doctor's office to anyone. The combination of rude and dishonest front desk staff, along with a doctor who rushes patients and cannot be trusted, makes for a completely unsatisfactory experience.

Had a terrible experience here. Front desk women don’t keep patients updated, they just tell you to sit and have you wait for hours. After the nurse checked me, I waited for the doctor for so long. He gave my mother the worst female like attitude and repeated to her “I was not talking to you” 3 times after she already had apologized many times as well. He spoke about us to one of his front desk ladies in front of our faces and threatened to delay us. Then, when he called us in, he tried to tell us that bad reviews start a big problem for him but didn’t apologize. Everything my mother said to me, he had translated by a front desk lady. It seemed very invasive and disrespectful. Don’t recommend this place whatsoever. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
