I had such a great experience here! The staff is super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. The dentist has such a gentle touch and really cares about their patients. Scheduling was easy, and I even got a same-day appointment once when I really needed it. Prices are fair, and you can tell they truly value their patients. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The Dentist had her shield protector and it was dirty, told the assistant that needed to be cleaned, that night i started coughing and vomited.she gave me to temporary crowns last Tuesday, one fell out wednesday the next day and the other one on the other side of my mouth full of cement that she said brushing would come off it still the same full of cement, called the Wednesday no answer went to the office no one there no sign or nothing left many messages no reply I thought the left the office and were gone, I called my Dental insurance they gave me Bella Dental s mason they took xrays then the Manager got a family emergency no one could help there either that was Friday, having to take Tylenol for pain eating soft food since last Wednesday. DO NOT GO HERE. This dental office was my dentist since 2024. Prior to that I had another dentist who did a root canal/crown that fell off in January 2024 which prompted me to switch dentist and come to Mason dentistry. The first week of 2026 my crown had came off, I went to an emergency dentist office who educated me that my core build up/ crown wasn’t done correctly which is why it fell off. They offered to fix it & provided a quote them my insurance OR told me to go back to my dentist office to have them fix it. I opted to go to my dentist office (mason dentistry). They called me on 1/15 and said that they could refer me to a Prosthodontics (who is a cosmetic specialist btw) which I didn’t understand why because I don’t have veneers this is my crown from a root canal. I had a great experience at this dental office! Everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. Jessica, my dental assistant, was especially amazing—she made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
