Great experience at this eye exam center. Roberto provided excellent service and made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. He was welcoming, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped us feel comfortable. What stood out the most was how friendly he was with kids. He knows how to talk to them, keep them calm, and make the experience feel easy instead of stressful. Roberto is professional, respectful, and truly knows how to handle patients with care. Dewey was excellent in providing me the service I needed. I was on my way out when hestop me to say he could take care of my order today which saved me from having to come back. His professionalism and courteous manner is outstanding. Kudos to Mr. Dewey.

I went to my first appointment at Maryland Eye Care Center and had an excellent experience. I arrived a little late due to road construction in the area. The manager, Ms. Marba, exceeded my expectations, and helped me a great deal with the registration process so that I could see the doctor. I really appreciate her dedication, kindness, and excellent work.

I was able to get seen fairly quickly at the Maryland Eye Center, scheduling my appointment for one week after my call. I went in for a regular checkup and was pleasantly treated. I tried contacts for the first time and Dewey helped me out and even made time with me to come the next day for more contacts practice. He was funny and firm with the process, which was much needed. Very thankful!

I recently visited the Maryland Eye Care Center at 831 University Blvd E and am compelled to write a review on the excellent and efficient service I received. I especially want to commend all the techs: Alan, Daniel, Elmer and Sahra. They were courteous and professional. They did they job and got me in an out to each service which they performed. I had little to no wait in the waiting room. Dr. Wawrzusin was also excellent. He made sure to explain everything to me in laymen's language. He was swift but thorough. I was also impressed with the diversity of the clients their. They seem to make everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend the Maryland Eye Care Center. Keep up the great job.
