Worst customer service and terrible website that is not clear. If you are in the military, you will get hosed here. Best to just bring more than you think you need.
Seats are cushioned and comfortable an improvement that is greatly appreciated. Next time I will remember to schedule an appointment online. Staff has always been friendly.
