Maryland Dental Center

Terribly unprofessional office. They canceled my appointment and then rescheduled it without confirming with me. When I called to clarify, they told me to come in early. I did exactly that. After arriving early and paying, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the dentist was running behind. Then they finally told me they wanted me to see a different dentist and canceled my appointment entirely. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had to hire a babysitter because they moved my appointment without informing me. All I received in response was a simple “I’m sorry.” As well as gaslighting like I had not scheduled it correctly. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and very poorly handled. I suspect strongly they pushed me off cause he wasn’t already running behind

If only I could leave no star at all!!! started off with one Dentist. Every time I went back, there was always another dentist in my mouth. I never spoke to or knew anything about. I believe everyone in there is not license only the owner the lady at the front desk is running things while the owner is hiding in the back room not being seen. He pulled my tooth & I never asked for! He is crazy. I spent good money there have a very big problem with the bridge that was not done properly !! I wanted her to look at it .. She’s gone no longer working there!! So I made 1 with the owner… He won’t see me because he believe I was recording…. whoever heard of such. I have been totally disrespected, very upset, and I will be planning on suing these people in this company and whoever else that’s involv

I can't say enough good things about Maryland Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'm so grateful to have had Daniela as part of my care. I was feeling pretty insecure about my tooth, but she was incredibly kind and supportive, helping me feel completely at ease. She really went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Thanks to her, I actually enjoyed my visit! I will definitely be a returning client because of how Daniela treated me and she’s the kind of employee everyone would love to have. I highly recommend this place.

I had a pleasant experience with this dental office. The staff speaks Spanish and English and is extremely patient and caring. They explained all my financial resources, with discretion coming in as self pay. The office is clean and inviting. Lots of home decor of the Mediterranean. LOVE IT ♡ With all your up to date dental machines and needs. Make sure to park in 35,36, or 37. They are owned by the office. Metro accessible from Silver Spring metro station. The building is currently going through renovations, so use the stairs, and the construction staff is very helpful in helping you navigate to where you need to go. I will be back!

Everyone is so nice and very helpful specially Dr. Lei who made sure that we understand exactly what we need to do to my teeth.
