Do not go to this place. Even with an appointment they don't care. You sign in on a kiosk and then sit there until whenever, 20, 30, 40, 60 minutes after your appointment, not a walk in, an appointment. You can even try to get a persons attention who is behind the glass doors because you can see them and they can see you (if they aren't on their phones mind you) but it won't work. I was able to stand by the door, waving my arms trying to get someone's attention 45 minutes after my appointment time, trying to get any update, I was even able to take photos of them on their phones and they didnt even look up once. I ended up leaving. This place is HORRIBLE. Do not go

This place is USELESS! My husband & I both have been in there on 2 ocassions & both times someone comes out & asks what is going on with us before we even check in . Then they ALWAYS tell us they CAN'T provide help for us. She told me they don't offer IV fluids if you are dehydrated. They don't have anyone waiting cause they usser you right out the door as soon as you walk in! We Will NOT return! People go to Patient First , they treat you like family there & care about their patients! Very POOR customer service at this place!

I went in for a tetanus shot today because of a cat bite. The nurse Jennifer was great. The NP was nothing to be desired. Some doctors have no bedside manner. She was one of those. I will never go back. Just be friendly!!!!

The staff here is amazing. I came in at 7:30pm on a Friday. They close at 8. I hated coming in late and was like I can go to the ER if needed. Maria said no no no we can take care of you. And she was just the sweetest and nicest person I’ve come in contact with in a long time. They took great care of me and got me in and out quickly but still behind their closing time. 10/10

The wait times are ridiculous... I had 1 person waiting in front of me... only 2 cars in the front lot.. I waited an hour and ended up leaving without being seen. I went to Nextcare up the road and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will never waste my time trying to go here again.
