Dr. Kelly is amazing. The front desk staff are very nice. It is a very busy location so if you call to book an appointment, it can take them 3 days to get a call back. Sometimes I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my daughter’s appointment. But for me its worth the wait because everyone is so nice to my daughter and thats all I care about.

My daughter has been a patient here her entire life (10+ years) and this practice has been amazing. This week we needed immediate care for an urgent matter and the level of customer service we received from KAYLA was exceptional! Thank you very much for your kindness, patience and care🙂

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Went in and told them what was happening with my daughter (raspy cough, high fever, weak, not eating or drinking). I told her that i did an at home test of influenza A, influenza B & Covid and they all came back negative and she took that and ran with it and said nothing was wrong. She diagnosed my daughter with croup without even running 1 test. My husband and I had a gut instinct to bring her to the er, they did ONE test. Rsv. It came back POSITIVE. I have a nine month old at home so I wouldn’t have known to separate them for something possibly DEADLY to babies. I felt rushed and unheard. I would not recommend this practice to ANYONE who wants to be heard and taken seriously.

I wasn’t going leave a review but seeing how this might help other mothers I felt I needed to. I’m a first time mom. When I first took my new born I had a great experience with Dr. Savaria. I switched from her after I took my daughter in because she had eczema. I was told she couldn’t see her because she was pregnant and I called it a rash, completely understandable. I asked if another doctor could see her. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them for wanting my daughter to be checked. I was asked to reschedule. I left there very stressed, made my postpartum worse. I did switch to another doctor. Dr Rylan is great. She hears you and understands how you feel as a mother. After that things changed. After waiting 45 minutes to be seen. I was told I would have an additional hour wait. They gave me the option to reschedule or sit in office with my 3 and 2 year old. I drive 30 minutes to this office just for doctor kelly she is absolutely amazing, but Maria the office manager and wait times really makes me want to take my business else where. After being told this ( which isn’t the first time) I asked to speak the Maria the office manager and she shook me off and told the front desk to take my info. Last time I left my info it took 3 business days to hear anything. Front desk and doctor kelly is amazing, but the management and the way she runs is office is definitely the reason why they are loosing people.
