Mary Washington Pediatric Therapy

Never trust this facility. They will never inform you about the amount you are going to pay while you are taking your children to them for therapy. Their therapists may be great but their billing is very unprofessional. They do not respond to their correspondence with their clients and now I am stuck with more or less $2000 in fees because of their negligence. They do not care about their clients they only care about their profit. They should not be in the Healthcare industry. Caring for clients and providing care just earn is very different. It's unfortunate that the therapists as good as they are do not know how "uncaring" the company they work is. I guess that's why a lot of their prior therapists left this company.. ... I will never take my child here any longer. Never again....

Dawn is amazing! My son looks forward to every visit he always comes out smiling and his speech has definitely improved. Thank you Dawn for creating such a great experience.

Been taking my brother to here for the past few weeks! Dawn has done incredible work to help with his speech and confidence! He has gotten much better with communicating and he has grown so much! So very thankful for all that she does

When we lost our first Speech therapist (that we had for 7-9 months) we weren’t sure what the transition would look like or if we were even up for the change…especially given the neurodivergence of my 7yo. But Ms Dawn welcomed us with open arms and heart and the patience of Job. From the time she started working with us, she’s always made us feel like we are the only family she serves, especially with her ability to recall starting points and identifying progress from months back. She’s patient, honest and operates in a level of integrity that can’t be taught. You can tell she has an authentic love not just for the families but for the company. She truly has grown to feel like an extension of our family. <3

Been coming here for over a year now and my experience have been great. The therapists for my son's have been great. Erica at the front desk is a joy to interact with and she can't say no to the kids when they come and ask her for bubbles 😁😁!
