As others have said, they don't answer their phones during office hours. I had a family emergency and tried to call to cancel an appointment (during office hours), but no one answered. This isn't isolated to one experience, in the past the only way I've managed to get anything done is to go in person, and even then their office closes without warning sometimes.

This place is the epitomy of health don’t care. Continuity of care is a farce here. All the command cares about here is a name in a slot. Trust me on this one; I tried to fight it for a long time but it’s a losing battle. There is rampant unnecessary lab draws on young people. People with no medical knowledge are ordering a battery of lab tests on 20 and 30-year-olds under physicians names. It got to be too much to go through all these tests on a daily basis. Eventually I just told them to stop ordering them under my name and that I would do it myself. I mean ordering psa(Women don’t even have a prostate) on women and a bunch of young guys.... pathetic. I'm giving it a 2 star because is brand new clinic, the staff and reseption is very nice but the providers that I seen today, didn't care much on what I wanted to say, make little to no sense, was rude, and didnt answer my questions to the full extent, i had to pry out the answer or explanation that I wanted to know. They only give me a generic answer, and told me to keep it simple.

These people dont answer their phones. Ignore request for medical records.
