To start Mary is wonderful and knowledgeable but the office staff is unreliable and incompetent when it comes to filing insurance before sending things off for billing and retrieving past medical records but will blame it on other practices. Hard to believe three different practices are giving the same response to the one common denominator but when I was able to call they had no issue taking care of it. I also had to do the due diligence for the front office for retrieving the records phone numbers. I’m on month two of waiting to get re-prescribed my medication for my ADHD and the initial diagnosis had been sent to them and they’ve confirmed they received it but because I had to stop taking my medication because Covid and doctors appointment availability and for a potential career path t
